The year is already on holiday!

Your business has gone on holiday, but you don't take a holiday. The life of an entrepreneur is so intense that we often don't even get a break on holiday.

It's very important to take advantage of this moment and stop to recharge your batteries and gain the strength you need to take your business and your company to the end of the year, which is just around the corner.

An entrepreneur's physical and emotional balance is fundamental to make the best decisions and choices for his or her life (personal and business).

An entrepreneur is a group of several people who need to fulfil various roles (regardless of the size of the business) and only with the balance can they focus on their business and develop it according to their objectives.

So, as we enter the final stretch of 2024, have you analyze the status of your business? And have you planned the rest of the year ahead? Do you still have a few investments, financing and other operational decisions to make?

An entrepreneur always has many questions, which he tries to answer on a day-to-day basis. The entrepreneur's work is never finished, and at this stage you can and should prepare your business budget for 2025.

During 2024, events and circumstances certainly occurred that now allow you to correct some of the projections that were included in the 2024 budget.

Often when we stop and stop being "inside" operations, we have the chance to think about the business.

Thinking is fundamental in a business, because by thinking, the entrepreneur and his management team can better define strategies in the different areas of management intervention, as well as optimize procedures and look for solutions that can be innovative and disruptive in the market.

We can always do better, but we must be willing to accept that we can. Looking for new tools and other ways of doing things should always be the entrepreneur's goal. The sustainability of the business, considering the growing demands and globalization of the market, whether through attracting new clients and partners, must always be designed with medium- to long-term measures.

In September we'll be back with new ideas and approaches so that we can raise entrepreneurs' doubts and questions about the development of their business or company.

Happy holidays!
